According to the New York Times, counting calories on fast food or even restaurant food isn’t always accurate. Apparently, when the restaurants or whatever give you the nutrition value, there’s always a good possibility it’s up to 20% incorrect, so you may want to give yourself a little buffer if you’re calorie counting.
